30-Day Return Requests
Contact [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
How to Request a Return
Email your order number and reason for return. Obtain return authorization and address instructions before sending your parcel. Our return address is Grydproject, 4 Allée Des Pavillons, 02700 Tergnier, France. Returns are sent from the United States to France; please consider this international shipping cost when requesting a change-of-mind return.
Return Shipping Costs
If we sent the wrong item, or your item arrived damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping cost. If you change your mind, you pay the return shipping cost. There is no restocking fee. Contact us for return arrangements before purchasing return postage for an error, damaged or defective item.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 30 days of receipt with your order number and a description of the issue; photographs can help us assess it. The unused-condition and original-packaging requirements for ordinary returns do not prevent a claim for a damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied item. We will discuss an appropriate resolution with you.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect a return and approve a refund, we initiate the refund to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it. Contact [email protected] if you have questions about a refund.
